We Believe In Giving Back
A portion of the proceeds of each book will go to support women’s shelters (so women who have been dealt a hard hand can see a light) or Alzheimer’s (because it was Dorthea Winlaw’s charity of choice) and we encourage you to add two dollars to the purchase price of your book. If you do so, we’ll match the amount on top of our usual contribution and $5.00 will go to assist women who are seeing great challenges in their lives now. Currently, the shelter is Nellies House in Toronto. We want to spread the money around so please email us to let us know of a worthy women’s shelter in your area for us to focus on next.
